Print Lab
Every printed gram of the Vulpa H750E comes off one machine: the Vision Miner 22 IDEX. Dual independent toolheads, a heated chamber, and vendor-tuned profiles for the full engineering-polymer wall — it's the reason a 27 kg hydraulic excavator can be printed in ULTEM, PEEK and carbon-filled PPS instead of machined from billet.

Three ways to run a plate
every print card picks its mode automatically
One job, one tool. The chamber-bound polymers (ULTEM, PEEK, PPS…) run one part per plate so layer times stay honest — small parts pair 2–3 to keep each layer cooling right.

The IDEX party trick: T0 prints the driver side while T1 prints the passenger side, flipped, simultaneously. Two dried spools, one overnight run, a matched pair by morning.

Quantity-two parts print twice in one job — both toolheads running the same geometry side by side. Sprockets and rollers come off the machine in pairs.

Vision Miner · seven years of successful printsFirst layers are where prints die. Warp lifts a corner in hour two, the part peels, and a full spool's worth of hours goes in the bin. One thin coat of this on the plate — it activates as the bed passes 60°C — and the part grips flat through the warp-prone hours instead. If a part wears a ⚠ warp risk flag on the parts board, this is the first line of defense.
PLA · PETG · ABS · nylons · PC · PEKK · PEEK · ULTEM (PEI) · PPSU · PPS — carbon- and glass-filled included. Every spool on this build's wall sticks to it, on glass, PEI or flex plates, and it even refreshes Stratasys build sheets.
